Transparency
How Veterans Central Hub handles information, partnerships, and your privacy
Our commitment
Veterans Central Hub (VCH) is a veteran resource platform. We aim to be clear about what we publish, how we use your data, and where we have relationships that could affect what you see.
VCH tools such as ClaimBuilder and Symptom Tracker are preparation and tracking software — not VA, not legal representation, and not medical advice. We do not guarantee claim outcomes or ratings.
Information and AI
Source verification
We cross-check published guidance with official VA and DoD sources where applicable, mark update dates when we can, and correct errors when they are reported.
AI-assisted features
ClaimBuilder and other VCH assistants may use AI to help draft or organize materials. AI output can be wrong — review everything before you rely on it or submit it anywhere.
Partnerships and listings
Directory listings, deals, and featured services may involve business or nonprofit partners. When a relationship affects placement or compensation, we aim to disclose it on the relevant page or in listing details.
Listing a service on VCH does not mean we endorse every statement that provider makes. Veterans should verify credentials, fees, and suitability before engaging anyone.
